The Pakistan Army has launched Operation Ghazab lil-Haq targeting Afghan Taliban posts in Chaman, Pakistan, following unprovoked aggression along the Pakistan-Afghanistan border.

This operation is a direct response to escalating tensions and cross-border hostilities. As of early Tuesday, the Pakistan Army conducted precision strikes on multiple positions held by Afghan Taliban forces, including Sarshan, Al-Marjan, and Edhi Post.

Within hours, security sources reported that 22 militants from Fitna-al-Khawarij were neutralized during an intelligence-based operation in Khyber district.

The Fatah-II missile system, capable of precision strikes with a range of 400 km, has been integrated into the Pakistan Army’s arsenal since its induction in 2024. This missile was first tested in December 2023.

Officials stated that these military operations aim to ensure the country’s territorial integrity. “The unwavering resolve of the security forces to defend the motherland is ensuring the country’s territorial integrity,” a source noted.

Operation Ghazab lil-Haq commenced in late February after renewed clashes erupted along the border. The situation remains fluid, and further details about ongoing operations are expected to emerge.
